Can I return a gift card?

No, it's not possible to return gift cards.

Who pays the costs for returning items?

If you have to ship an item back to our garden centre, you have to pay for any charges. 

Can I return plants or flowers?

How long is the warranty on my purchases?

We offer an overwinter warranty on zone 3 trees and shrubs.
