Are prices online & in-store the same?

Yes, we have the same prices online & in-store.

Can I amend/cancel my order after it has been paid for?

This depends if we already processed your order. Please contact us by email at or call (204)256-2377 if you have questions.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

After checking your junk folder, please contact us by email at or call (204)256-2377 to get a copy of your confirmation. It might be helpful to send us your payment information, like the total amount, date and time of your order.

Can I write a personal message?

Yes, you can add a small personal card on the check out and write a text. We will write your message manually.

Is it safe to pay on your webshop?

Yes, we work with PayPal to secure your payments. We'll never store any credit card data on our own platform or servers.

Do you charge costs depending on the payment method I use?

No, we don't charge for online payments. That's included in the total order you place with us.

Can I pay on account/after the delivery?

No, at this moment, we don't offer this option to retail customers.

Our payment provider PayPal is handling our payments. They process them and you might see their name on your statements.
