Answers questions about deliveries and other services

Can you offer me a discount if I buy a large quantity of the same product?

We're happy to offer partnerships with landscapers and contractors. Please contact us by email at or call (204)256-2377 if you have questions.

Do you offer landscaping services?

Yes! We have several landscape teams, and are happy to help you realise your ideal outdoor sanctuary.  Please visit to view some of our favourite projects, and request a quote. 

Do you offer a potting service?

Yes, you can go to our potting desk in the garden centre and we will repot your plant. Fees vary depending on the size of the plant and pot. Feel free to bring your own pot if you're buying a new plant.


What delivery options do you offer?

We deliver throughout the city of Winnipeg, and neighbouring communities. Delivery fees vary depending on the product ordered, and the distance for delivery.

Do you deliver houseplants in winter?

Yes, we do deliver houseplants (and other products) in winter. In the case of perishable items, we will call first to ensure that someone will be home to receive the delivery, and we will not leave them outside to freeze.

Can I select a preferred day for delivery?

When you place an order for delivery, we will call you to schedule a time for delivery that is convenient for you.

What happens if I'm not at home?

We will schedule your delivery for a time when you are at home, or if acceptable, we will leave the delivery in a location of your choice.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

We usually ship products within 48 hours and the delivery can take up to 48 hours as well. So it should be with you within 2 to 4 days.
