Customer Assistance & Grounds Support
Seasonal Position – Weekdays Only (May through mid-June)

Lacoste Garden Centre is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to help keep our outdoor shopping areas running smoothly. This Monday to Friday position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and helping customers have a great experience.

What We’re Looking For:
This role is a great fit for someone who’s upbeat, physically capable, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed. No previous experience is required—just a willingness to work hard and be part of a supportive team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Positive, customer-first attitude

• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

• Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and organize shopping carts from the lot

• Keep outdoor retail areas clean and tidy

• Assist customers by carrying or loading larger purchases into their vehicles

• Support the team with general upkeep and customer service tasks as needed
